Chapter Text
So here’s yet another story idea that popped into my head a while: Jaina, Jacen, and Anakin Solo from Star Wars: Legends fight in the War of the Ring. Admittedly, it is an insane idea. But it’s one that I think would be fun to explore.
There are three arcs: Gondor, Rohan, and the King. The Gondor Arc deals with the monumental struggle against Mordor as Sauron tries to push into Gondor. Prominent locations include Osgaliath, Minas Tirith, Ithilien, Henneth Annun, and the Pelennor Field.
The Rohan Arc tells the tale of the brave Rohirrim as they struggle for the survival of their people against the might of Saruman, who had betrayed the Free Peoples and now works for Sauron. Locations include the Fords of Isen, Edoras, some villages in the Westfold, Fanghorn Forest, Helm’s Deep, and ultimately the Pelennor Field.
The King Arc starts with the events of the Fellowship of the Ring. Still, it mainly chronicles the travels of Aragorn, Anakin, Legolas, and Gimli as they prepare for Aragorn’s return as the King of the Reunited Kingdom. This is easily the longest arc. Locations include Bree, Weathertop, Rivendell, the Mines of Moria, Amon Hen, the Fields of Rohan, Fanghorn Forest, Edoras, the Westfold, Helm’s Deep, Rivendell, Mirkwood Forest, Lothlorien, the Paths of the Dead, Pelargir, the Pelennor Field, Minas Tirith, and the Black Gate.
These arcs do intertwine at times in the story.

Other Notes
-The Solo Siblings have their Force abilities somewhat suppressed. They can’t manipulate objects and minds, but they can still sense danger and intentions. Unlike their aunt, uncle, and mother who still have full function of their Force abilities. I can't have them be too overpowered for Middle-Earth.
-The Solo Siblings have also lost their lightsabers. Again, I can't have them be too overpowered. But they still retain their fighting reflexes.
-There is an epilogue that takes place nearly six years after the events of the story.
-This Fic will, as you can probably tell, follow the story of the Lord of the Rings closely.
-I feel as though the Nine need more personalities than just being a copy-paste of one Ring-Wraith. So I've been giving them titles and at least something of a personality while they are completely under Sauron's control.
