7 years before All Might saw the spark of true heroism in one Izuku Midoryia, 8 years before the future hero received One For All and set foot in UA High school, in those last years of All for Ones' rule over the criminal underworld of Japan, a political radical published a collection of ideological essays. In it - their critiques of the hero society and it's obsession with strong quirks.
There was no revolution, there was no great shift in Japanese society. Or, perhaps, not one that the future generation of Heroes would see.
Only when Izuku Midoryia took those first steps and realized the legacy that has been trust on his shoulders did it become clear - the world was growing beyond clashes between Heroes and Villains.
