All his life he had been treated as an outsider. Loke, the trickster god has accepted the fact that he will always be different from the others, but when he hears what the future hold from a mysterious völva, it displeases him to find out that he is the one who will bring Ragnarökr.
Therefore Loke will not simply accept his fate, nor that of other gods. He is determined to do whatever it take to change his destiny, starting by making more prudent choices.
Because of the choices made, things go from bad to better and then worse, finally getting out of control. After many wasted efforts and many traumas accumulated over time, Loke begins to regret the plan created.
Only the love of his wife, childrens, nephews and grandchildrens will keep him on the right path.

在草丛边救过的饥饿僧侣兔是战神的灵媒，街道边偶然找到的丢失变色龙是青春女神的爱宠，在森林中救助过的受伤小棕熊其实是女武神的亲信，在某个冬天帮过的折翼蜂鸟其实是凛冬神的信使等等之类的。这些旧神会隐藏自己的身份并在人类世界中照常生活，并因希卡普对这些动物的帮助而与他产生联系，默默关照或是对他恶作剧，直到昨天，几位旧神发现希卡普一直以来帮忙喂养的一匹马竟然是黑暗神的坐骑。
实际上由于记忆被封锁而不知道自己的真实身份是森林之神Vidar。曾经被黑暗神利用人类与自然的矛盾点而引发了诸神之战，后被月神封锁记忆作为希卡普活着，当年战争时他嘴唇边留下的伤疤是封锁他记忆的关键。
本篇分别是由他与其他几位相遇的短篇组成。

The memory of their beloved daughter, Hel, lingered in their hearts like a shadow, as they figured she wouldn't be returning any time soon..but they found solace in the fact that they were together again.
Loki, who had been confined to a child's form for many years now, had finally grown older, shedding his youthful appearance for a more mature one. Spica, too, had transformed, no longer bearing the burden of muteness that had plagued her in the past.
Yet she still at times struggled to speak and definitely kept her appetite! And then there was Mayura, who they had grown alongside. Still the mystery hungry girl as ever, nothing had ever changed about her..expect that she would be their next mystery.
