Summary
Kaminari was a very simple person. All he wanted to do was protect people and hang out with his friends, but it’s kind of difficult when the hero commission is corrupt and one of his best friends inherently destroyed everything he loved.
The Bakusquad try to help Kaminari after he starts acting weird, but they can’t figure out what’s wrong. It isn’t until all of their futures are threatened that they start to put the pieces together, but by that point, it’s already too late.
Aka: Kaminari trying his best to be a good hero and friend, even when all the odds are stacked against him. Supportive Bakusquad, Dadzawa, and a lot of Denki angst.

He felt lost in the big city he lived in. He felt he had no purpose there. He felt himself longing for the small-town life he had before his mother passed. Even if it wasn't perfect, anything was better than where he was. So he packed his bags and made the trip back to the town he once called his home.
This is a story of a boy feeling lost and coming home to find himself again, with the support of the amazing people he meets along the way. Especially his old friend, Ei-chan; the mysterious boy of his memories with red eyes and shark teeth. That mysterious boy becomes a reality and changes everything Denki thought he knew about his world and himself.

Denki is one of those people who you can go to for anything. He’s a nice guy and will help you out in most situations. He’s also the guy that you go to if you need something. It could be anything. A pencil, a borrowed textbook, your favorite drug.
Whatever you need he has it and is welcomed to lend you it, as long as you pay the price, but no one actually knows him.
You can talk his ear off about your problems and he won’t tell a soul, but no one has seen him talk a person’s ear off unless it was to make a joke. No one knows where he lives, who his family is. All they have of him is his looks and name.
He never brings his parents for a teacher conference, or open house. It was always just him.
So you can imagine that Denki, being the guy that he is, has a lot of rumors spread about him.
Everyone knows him, but no one really knows him, not even his best friend.

Nobody said finding out that the arguably most important figure in Quirked history is a traumatized teenager would be easy.
