Everything was going great! He became the successor of All Might, his idol. He got into UA and is on his way to becoming the greatest hero in the history.Then it all comes crashing down.
With All Might death, the collapse of society, HPSC blaming spree, and a few press conferences later, Midoriya Izuku realised that he was wrong.

Chargebolt is widely considered the first "true" hero of Quirked society — with a Quirk uncharacteristically strong for the Dawn of Quirks, he showed that the Quirked can do a whole lot of good if given the chance. A shame he sacrificed his life before he could see hero society blossom.
Also known as, Kaminari Denki falls into a dumpster and creates a whole lot of paperwork for Detective Tsukauchi Naomasa, along with causing him quite a few headaches and mental breakdowns. There were times when the fact that Supernatural creatures walked amongst them was fairly common knowledge. It was mostly ignored knowledge as long as there weren't a lot of bodies being dropped by them. When the first quirks started appearing the Supernatural were then assumed to be the early quirks. With it they began to fade from human memory, only a select few deciding to keep on the tradition of working with the balance keepers known as the Arcanas.
Tsukauchi had never believed the rumors of Supernatural goings on. Even when his partner seemingly disappeared to meet with one of their people. He had seen stranger things when capturing villains and wannabe vigilantes. He didn't believe in magic or werewolves. Or any of that nonsense. It was an impossibility. Until the day one of the heroes he was friends with was murdered. The only thing left on his body was a mysterious card that a few others carried but no one would talk about. After the funeral he asked Mirai what the hell the cards were and why no one was talking about it. However Mirai refused to give him a straight answer. Only that it wasn't his place to say. His hunt for answers will lead him into an unexpected world that was under his nose.

Two years ago the world went to war for the first time since quirks came into existence. Countries who have come to rely on quirks and their heroes have forgotten what it means to have soldiers. Fearful of using their heroes or those with powerful quirks, the governemnts chose another route. Those with weak quirks or were quirkless from the age of 13 to 28 were chosen to become soldiers.
Izuku Midoriya returns to Musutafu broken and with a fractured mind. He finds out that his mother committed suicide within a year of his enlistment and he's now homeless. Unwilling to go into the foster system, Izuku goes to the beach where he makes a home for himself and the dog he brought back with him. Hating the system that sent him to war, Izuku seeks to help those who are ignored by society and becomes a vigilante. Then when the time comes he is allowed to attend UA ad the agreement stands for those who survived the war.
Naomasa was unsure of what to make of the new vigilante when they appeared. Not much is known about them. The only ones who have seen him are victims that he rescued. They all give the same description. They call him the Ghost.
