An assassin has been hitting the higher corrupted members of the political climates. Due to the high political nature, Detective Tsukauchi is ordered onto the case.
Kuro, has spent his entire life as an assassin. After a failed killing Kuro has been able to break free of the brainwashing. To get his revenge he starts killing them one by one. He is able to stay one step ahead of his pursuers by using his quirk: Blink. It allows him to see a few seconds into the futures and their possibilities.
Naomasa at his wits end goes to Nezu for help. With Nezu's help they are able to corner Kuro. Only to find a child.

“So far, he’s had no real criminal offenses other than vigilantism, battery, and suspected hacking- again no proof. It’s difficult especially considering we have no idea what his quirk is.” At the last sentence, the Hero’s head shoots up from the papers.
“What do you mean you have no idea what his quirk is?”
Midoriya Izuku never asked for this.
No one ever asks for anything these days.
Whether or not they expect something they want to be handed to them, or if it’s something that they never wanted at all.
In Midoriya’s case however, he never was handed anything he ever wanted.
Izuku should have been a villain. Some already see him as such, and yet he found himself in this odd in-between, scraping his bloodied hands towards something lighter, grasping and clawing at any spark of redemption he thought he could have. It wasn’t much, but he was trying.

Summary
A year after Orion's death the vigilantes have scattered to their own cities. While Echo and Charlie have built a good working relationship with the heroes of their cities, Izuku (Delta) has mostly cut himself off from them. However he can only keep to himself for so long. UA entrance exams are coming up and Izuku needs to enter UA in order to try and stop Shigaraki at USJ. To enter UA he must either take one of the Entrance Exams. At his friend's insistence he agrees to take the Hero Course Entrance Exam with accomadations for a couple of weapons.
Naomasa tries to get closer to Midoriya, and try to find out why he became a vigilante. He wants to give the kid a real home so that he no longer felt the need to hide. He starts to become a father to the teen. Will he be able to convince him to not throw his life away?

There were times when the fact that Supernatural creatures walked amongst them was fairly common knowledge. It was mostly ignored knowledge as long as there weren't a lot of bodies being dropped by them. When the first quirks started appearing the Supernatural were then assumed to be the early quirks. With it they began to fade from human memory, only a select few deciding to keep on the tradition of working with the balance keepers known as the Arcanas.
Tsukauchi had never believed the rumors of Supernatural goings on. Even when his partner seemingly disappeared to meet with one of their people. He had seen stranger things when capturing villains and wannabe vigilantes. He didn't believe in magic or werewolves. Or any of that nonsense. It was an impossibility. Until the day one of the heroes he was friends with was murdered. The only thing left on his body was a mysterious card that a few others carried but no one would talk about. After the funeral he asked Mirai what the hell the cards were and why no one was talking about it. However Mirai refused to give him a straight answer. Only that it wasn't his place to say. His hunt for answers will lead him into an unexpected world that was under his nose.
