Summary
Marinette was a normal girl trying to survive college and pursue her dream of being a fashion designer. But that all changed when on the first day of the new school year, she met two magical creatures, a flying mini bugmouse named Tikki and a talking black cat named Luna. One gives her a pair of earrings and tells her that she was chosen to wield a Miraculous to become a superhero and protect Paris from akuma created by the evil wielder of the Butterfly Miraculous, Hawkmoth. The other tells her that she is the reincarnation of a magical warrior and that she needs her to protect the Earth from the forces of the Dark Kingdom. Now by day she swings through the sky as the marvelous and dependable Ladybug and by night she travels the rooftops as the resplendent and loving Sailor Moon. As a dual hero, she now faces off against youma, super powered civilians and eldritch demons while also trying to juggle dealing with vindictive school bullies, incompetent teachers, sleep deprivation and helping out her classmates. Luckily for her, she gains many friends and allies along the way, and maybe, a love that could last for all of eternity.

Macaque needed to get away from Megapolis, China. MK and his crew had quickly brought chaos into his life. Two demons from the group Macaque was a part of told him of how quiet Paris, France was. A place with no magic or supernatural beings to be found. Far away from Megapolis' chaos. Macaque was able to confirm their statements as the information he found supported them.
However, unknown to Macaque, no information about the miraculous and frequent Akuma attacks has leaked outside Paris, France. Macaque did not find the peace he was looking for and was dragged into the chaos of the miraculous. Macaque was often requested to be a temporary miraculous holder and hero. What made it worse was that he was presented with the monkey miraculous.

For the LEGO Monkie Kid timeline, this occurs after Season 3 but before Season 4.
